On April 26, 2010 the Department of Defense issued a ban on Autistic individuals from serving in the military. Effectively ending two hundred and thirty three years of sacrifice to this country. While at the same time promote a negative image of being Autistic and denying a potential stepping stone towards self independence.
This petition goals are to allow Autistic individuals who have the capacity. To be allowed to serve there country in the military without prejudice.
