Congress has not produced anything that demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the country for over a decade.
The House of Representative controls the budget as stated by the constitution.
The Senate has the role of advice and consent.
Why are we paying them if they refuse to work?
In my opinion send them all to Jail. They will perform then.
