Other than the nearly impossible to impose abandonment law, there are no laws to enforce parental visitation. We are all custom to court order visitation; however, only ones who involved in the case knows the constant disapointment of the non custodial parent failing to exercise court order visitation. There are no form of punishment should a parent continually fail to visit thier child. I refrain from saying what does that say about the parent, instead I say what does that say about "We the people...". America has choosen to remain not involved long enough.
