should focus on helping lower class citizens, change the rules on how people can pay student loans based on income.

I want the Obama administration to make that dept. repayment somewhat less onerous for people who have low income. In many operations of our society, the lower class is helped less than middle and upper class. The lower class which is mostly made up of minorities don't have piles of money to spend to influence politicians through donations and lobbying. Our system of politics and government is flawed, and the weakest members of society pay the price. Instead of taking money away from schools the government should find ways to help people pay off some of those student debts and help the people find methods of payment for student loans.
