Should give Dogs rights that normal animals dont have read further for my further explanation

I wish this petition luck i want to bring to the fact that the military and law enforcement conscript dogs for our uses bomb squad drug sniffers attack dogs etc When I enlisted in the military we took an oath but i dont remember a German Shepard next to me when i was at MEPS. Laws are enforced on animals who defend our country.they defend their country don't they deserve rights to there own degree i don't see uncle SAM giving them a paycheck i don't see them having a choice in the matter This is why i ask you to consider this and sign my petition and give Dogs more rights. no im not playing favorites but you don't see cats finding bombs and drugs overseas now do you. im not saying they don't help and shouldn't be there but they deserve something and prestige for all dogs serving or not
