California has a huge problem with crime, gangs, traffic, freeways, big cities, and even more, and i was thinking of Humboldt County, California to secede from California and become a new state, a U.S. state, california is suffering with all the crime, Humboldt County, California is a mix of forest, agriculture, and urban, and i would like to make Eureka, California the capital and Eureka is the largest city in Humboldt County, i would like to name the state Humboldt, the State of Humboldt, i really want Humboldt County, California to become the State of Humboldt, and i want my county to be a state.
