Should Intervene in restoring my parental rights. I have two children and moved from the US but I can't call or write?

Any parent - mother or father(or Grandparent for this matter) who engages in parental alienation deserves to lose custody. Put simply, parental alienation is child abuse.

Fathers are given specific rights by family courts in every state. Attempts to take children away or interferes with specific custody or visitation rights that you have already been given by the court system is a blatant disregard for law. The reality never changed, then or now. I love my children and want a relationship with them even from a far. Its only healthy for their development.

Parental alienation is a set of strategies that parents/families use to undermine and interfere with a child’s relationship with his or her other parent.

There is no one definitive set of behaviors that constitute parental alienation
