should look after the recession issues. should stop media to announce financial crisis so people will not stop investing

i kow one lesson that there was recession in one place. one day a man came to automobile dealer and booked costly car, and told dealer that he will pay next day as he didnt bring cheque. dealer was happy that he will sell one car and told his wife that she can buy jwellery, jewellery shop got business then those people purchased consumer good and so on. all started investing and market became good. automobile deale sold many car except the one which that man booked. then he learnt that that man was mad and escaped from mental hospital. but he did not care because already business was running.
if we will announce every time recssion then people will stop investing and money flow will stop. and really recession will come. stop media strictly from doing this.
