This petition wants to bring to the attention of the Federal Government to penalize state Agencies as Children Protection Services or Department of Children and families that use Federal Money in order to send trouble kids out of the state in order to be placed in a therapy or treatment center or foster home creating more trauma to the children instead to help the families to reconnect to their trouble kids or teenagers.
