Should the president decide to go outside of his power and go to war with Syria be called up on impeachment charges

Mr. Obama, the people and congress have spoken. We applaud you for going to congress to get their decision, now we expect you to go by it. Anything else is unacceptable and should be considered a willful encroachment of the will of the people and constitution that you have sworn to protect. That violation should be met with impeachment proceedings.
