Should show all non-intelligence sensitive Government spending in real-time.

I propose that the US Government create a "real-time" or near "real-time" website of all of their spending. Someone, somewhere is already tracking all of this, why not let us see it as well. Do we, as American Citizens, not deserve to know how our money is being spent?? I understand that some spending is intelligence/defense related, and as such, not available to the American public, so list that as "Defense". We have all heard stories of Government waste, but lets see what and/or where that waste really is.
