Should Sindh be made separate provinces on administrative grounds?

Just like Muslims of Pre-partition India , Non Sindhis can never attain 67% of seats in the Sindh Assembly. It will be SANE to make two or more administrative parts out of sind amicably and without any bad-blood btw the brothers for the ultimate Good. Today elected member from interior Sind lives in Karachi & keeping condition of their constitution same as 100 years ago. New partitions will force them to live in their constituency & solve issues of their towns. Always Chief Minister of Sindh is a sindhi speaking, why? No representation of urban Sind in Sind Govt. By these divisions Wadear kingdom will also break . Jeya Sind concept will also eliminate 4 ever. We will respect each other local culture but not imposing our culture.We do not speak Sindhi, We are not sindhi, We r only Pakistani
