China enforces one child per family, well this is America where we have freedoms, we the people say offer any citizen under 30 years of age $10,000 in order to get fixed. Both for male and female are reversible procedures that in order to reverse it you would have to pay out of pocket. This will hopefully help end the abortion debate as well as lower the future welfare demand, and lower healthcare cost. The $10,000 can be used for anything hopefully some people will pay off student debt.
