If Uganda passes the Anti-Homosexuality Bill, then people will be put to death because of their sexual orientation. Should the United States continue aiding Uganda, then their government becomes more capable of carrying out the mandates of the bill. This implicates our government and the American taxpayers as participants in the execution of people based on their sexual orientation. History will remember this as a time where the rights of individuals are either protected,or savagely curtailed and criminalized.
