Our Founding Fathers envisioned a fiscally responsible government of the people, by the people and for the people, but the Obama administration now considers itself above the law and the master of the people.
Whereas, for four years the Obama administration has failed to pass a budget as required by the Constitution, and as the US continues to suffer major economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's unbridled spending and neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending, we the People hereby petition the government to pass a balanced budget; to stop spending money that we do not have; to review, evaluate and dispose of duplicate programs, and to refrain from raising taxes until such time as you have spending under control.
