Show Mercy and Grant Permanent Residence to Parents of Disabled U.S. Citizen - A Toddler - for His Treatment & Therapy

Created by P.V. on April 05, 2013

We are Venkata and Pallavi, distressed parents of Neil born 34 months ago in the U.S. He is a U.S. Citizen by birth. Neil cannot speak and interact socially. He is diagnosed with Autism. Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) has enrolled Neil into Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) as per Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of the United States Federal Law. Occupational and Speech Therapists have been treating Neil for ten months. But his progress is very slow. He will have to undergo treatment for a long time. We now request The President to kindly show sympathy and grant us permanent residence in this country where we can continue to get Neil treated till he develops the ability to speak and interact socially and can lead a safe and healthy life by himself.
