When hydrogen is burned, the only byproduct is pure Water. Recent gains in Technology have allowed for Hydrogen to be a feasible fuel source. Hydrogen would allow us to power our Life style without extreme amounts of pollution. California recently started implementing Hydrogen fuel stations, and Toyota is going to start mass producing Hydrogen powered cars. It also has the potential to create new jobs, and to drastically lower our dependence on Coal and Oil, be they domestic or Foreign. If Enough people support this, we could make Hydrogen Fuel cells many times more efficient than Gasoline engines. For this to work though, it needs more support from both The National government and State Governments.
