I'm a business owner and with many employees for many years!
My fear in the time taken to type this, it will be simply passed over because it may not "... meet certain 'petition' criteria guidelines..." !
Oh well!
My best answer is a "Petition" is to simply impeach the president!
This would fix the problem!
Impeach him for:
1. For lying the the American people over and over again.
2. For not enforcing his duties to enforce the constitution
3. For not protecting the american people.
4. For making war on small businesses.
5. For not making a budget.,
6. For so many things that are not 'becoming' of a President.
