For too long Guardians of disabled individuals and Seniors have been taking advantage of their victims. Adult Protective Services come in or force their way into residences unannounced and/or leave cards for contact info on doors of residences. The Adult Protective Services helps the health care workers, guardians, CNA, RN, and the states extort money from the elderly and the disabled as well as veterans nationwide. Guardians pocket the money for themselves. The guardians often neglect to pay their victims bills. Victims often times have to find a place to stay and hide away from the Fiduciaries, the courts, Magistrates, APS, Visiting nurses, police. Victims are often denied the right of movement, often their property or real estate property is sold and given to the guardian.
