After watching the Republican debates and media's coverage, and seeing too many anomalies happening in the Republican controlled Congress, too late we are realizing all this may be due to glitches that have formed in our nation's programming.
The petition is to for us to pick a time (rather soon, mind you) to shut down the entire electrical grid across the entire United States of America for a period of 26 seconds to allow all static charges to dissipate. and at at certain designated time, turn all of America back on and reboot our nation to see if those anomalies are then gone.
All planning details should be created and enforced by the Department of Energy to ensure proper coordination.
