The White House shall, by immediate executive order, direct the HAARP project north of Fairbanks, Alaska (care of DARPA and the Navy and Air Force) to shut down, and the staff there to scrap all equipment, under oversight by the FBI, Attorney General, and Department of Defense personally. The executive order must stipulate that the entire demolition be FILMED and documented. Every resistor, every capacitor, every antenna.
The executive order shall also order all research conducted at that station to be declassified and published in the public sector and all academic journals, and news outlets.
Any obstruction towards this final solution shall be punished under full federal criminal laws in public courts.
