This is a petition to shut down the CIA for its repeated crimes against humanity. The torture reports that have surfaced should be more than enough to make this an understandable situation, but in addition to this, the CIA was also performing experiments on HUMAN BEINGS. This isn't the first time, either (Project MKUltra, circa 1950s-1970s). The CIA's past and current actions would not be okay if it was your average individual citizen doing it, and an official government organization should be no exception.
