Shut down FEMA and any connecting organizations as well as arrest and prosecute all those connected for treason

FEMA has openly admitted to calling America's Founding Fathers Terrorist and is teaching said ideas to those in law enforcement, fire, and military. Such a distasteful and radical ideas are not appropriate for an America Government agency or sub group and should be shut down and all involved should be arrested and face trial for Treason!According to the Law FEMA has broken 18 USC § 2387 - Activities affecting armed forces generally ; 18 USC § 2389 - Recruiting for service against United States ;18 USC § 2390 - Enlistment to serve against United States ; 18 USC § 2381 - Treason! I believe it's the duty of the Federal and the State Government to openly detain and Shut down FEMA and those involved and affiliated!
