Shut down foreign aid to Nations who burn our flag and in turn use that money to reopen white house tours.

Common sense says If we have to give money to someone to be our "friend", then chances are they really are not. The American taxpayers (about 145 million of us) are paying out 8 billion dollars in foreign aid a year. I say we stop foreign aid and give it back to the people, which would be an estimated 55 dollars per tax payer, which is about the price to fill up your gas tank. I'm sure the White House could find 4 million dollars out of the 8 billion dollars saved to reopen White House tours as well. I'm very confident that American children nationwide would be happy about White House tours reopening. Besides I know we the people could use the gas and in the mean time we can let these people hate us for free.
