The Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) terrorizes public entities into prohibiting the free exercise of religion, often across state lines, by aggressively and excessively suing them on the false grounds that they violate the Constitution.
The first amendment of the Constitution clearly states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation threatens the rule of law, intimidating the public with threatening lawsuits in pursuit of their evil goal of removing religion from public life regardless of the right to exercise religion free from intimidation.
That is why we the undersigned request that the Freedom From Religion Foundation be charged with terrorism and be dismantled.
