Even though they belong to the same group that planned and carried out 911, the war prisoners of Afghanistan still do not deserve to be tortured. They are under American care, so the constitution should apply to them as it applies to us. The Geneva Convention was also made to stop the unfair treatment of prisoners. Shut down Guantanamo.
