The I.R.S has been Forcing Americans to Pay a tax that is unconstitutional.
Under the 4th amendment right of the US Constitution Americans should be secure in there personal belongings "Including Papers" From unlawful government searches.
This has been violated by the I.R.S as they can Force you to hand over papers of your finances without A reason that you did anything wrong and without a warrant
Under the 5th Amendment right of the US Constitution Americans Have the right to Remain silent and do not have to testify Against themself.
Once again The I.R.S has Violated this right by forcing you to sign a document "your W-2/W-4" And they can Submit that information against you to the D.O.J for a conviction under that information.
