The recent Intentional targeting of Political Groups by the IRS puts into the light this agency's abuse of power and its total disregard for the Constitution.
American Citizens have for to long been targets of this agency and its constant need to flex its power in the face of our rights and freedoms. The recent events have further eroded the confidence the American people have in this agency and a wholesale top to bottom reorganization of this agency must take place, by shutting down this agency until such time all necessary changes and reorganization of its policies and personnel have been implemented. Congress must act to ensure this never happens again.
