Shut down the NSA for unconstitutional spying.

Created by M.J. on November 18, 2013

The NSA needs to be shut down. Thanks to Edward Snowden, we have learned about all of the unconstitutional spying the NSA has done to US Citizens and over 30 world leaders.

NSA spying infringes on our 4th amendment right in the Constitution of the United States of America. The 4th amendment reads: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things being seized."

A few months ago, we all heard on the news about the NSA collecting BILLIONS of phone records on Americans. What is the NSA doing with this information?
