Sea World is horrible. It should be shut down. The staff lies about treatment of animals, saying:
-The orcas are in there pods
No they are not, they are capture whales and put together.
-Orcas live longer in captivity
Orcas only live 30-35 years in captivity. In the wild they live 60-70 years
-Orcas have big tanks
No they do not They live in bathtubs the size of only two of them and the bathtub is about one millionth of the size they need
Sea World may be a fun place for families, but the animals are mentally and physically unstable. Imagine if you had to perform for food everyday. By signing this petition, you could save many lives. Hopefully someday, Sea World will be shut down and the animals will be able to go to sanctuaries and live happy lives.
