Shutdown all boiling water GE Mark 1 Nuclear reactors within the United States.

Created by J.T. on December 15, 2012

The GE Mark 1 boiling water nuclear reactor design is known to be dangerous, and specifically vulnerable to natural disasters. This reactor is the same design used at the Fukushima-Daiichi prefecture in Japan that resulted in a triple meltdown and massive radiation release in the northern hemisphere.

Increased radiation levels in our atmosphere, and in turn, our food supply will result in worldwide increases in cancer levels and are an imminent danger to human health.

The United States has over twenty of the same design of nuclear reactors that are aging, and just as vulnerable, but none the less have had license renewals by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
