Disband the BATF and reallocate their federal responsibilities to DHS and the FBI. Devolution of BATF tobacco and alcohol regulatory enforcement to the States. End oversight of resale of personally owned weapons and the ridiculous response time from the BATF as an intermediary, by transferring those responsibilities to the State Law enforcement agencies. End the sketchy bully tactics on civilians from BATF inhibiting their 2nd Amendment rights. Demilitarize the BATF. Shutdown the 1.15 billion dollar annual budget to a failing organization who is only interested in denying constitutional rights and can't seem to follow the CFR themselves.
