We would like to ask the Obama administration to sign a bill that prohibits foster parents from adopting children in their homes or their care, because it presents a Clear Conflict of Interest, especially, when a parent(s) is trying hard to regain custody of their children from the D.S.S.’s so-called child protective services. Parent/Child Reunions are easily undermined by prospective adoptive parents, who want custody of impressionable children residing in their homes.
