sign an executive order to #1 stop congress from passing any law that they are exempt from #2 make it mandatory for all

#1 Congress shall pass no law they are exempt from
#2 all government employees and elected officials must join Obamma care
#3 take all pensions from congress and government employee's and let them be a part of the social security system
#4 No elected official shall serve more than 2 terms
