Sign an executive order that all members of both Houses of Congress shall be paid the federal hourly minimum wage rate.

Congress consistently sees fit to vote themselves yearly pay raises. At the same time, they have consistently failed to raise the federal minimum wage rate until fairly recently; a raise that does not lift workers out of poverty. With millions of Americans now employed in minimum wage jobs, Americans attempting to support their families on these poverty level wages, it would be fair and just that our public servants in Congress be paid at the same federal minimum wage rate as our hard working brothers and sisters across America.
