Bullying is a critical issue in this Nation. Children, Teens and Adults are constantly being bullied by peers seeking to humiliate & degrade them, based on Age, Race, Sexual Orientation, & countless other poor excuses for doing so.
This is a Human Rights Issue.
This is A Hate Crime.
This MUST be addressed as such.

I implore President Obama to STEP UP & Sign an Executive Order That Makes it a Hate Crime to Bully ANY ONE.
To establish the Penalty of: 5000 hours of Community Service To The Public. A Public Apology To The Victim(s) of The Bullying.A Face to Face Apology To The Victim(s) of The Bullying.And The establishment of Bullying to become a non-removable item on a persons criminal record. Criminalizing Bullying will Save Lives
