Sign an executive order to determine the cost of gun violence and to levy a tax on gun/ammo sales to pay for said cost.

Gun violence costs the taxpayers millions of dollars. These costs should be borne by the manufacturers and users of guns. We should do this by determining the cost to society and then levying a special sales tax on guns and ammunition. This money should be used to ONLY pay for those costs.
