Sign The Executive Order "Disclosure of Political Spending By Government Contractors", to combat Citizens United v. FEC.

Created by S.B. on October 20, 2011

On April 13th, 2011, the administration drafted an executive order which would require all corporations bidding for federal government contracts to disclose:

"All contributions of expenditures to or on behalf of federal candidates, parties or party committees, made by the bidding entity, its directors or officers, or any affiliates, or subsidiaries, within its control; and

Any contributions made to third party entities with the intention or reasonable expectation that parties would use those contributions to make independent expenditures or electioneering communications."

Mr. President, you can make this executive order into law today. It is the right thing to do, as it will bring some much needed disclosure to our broken election finance system.
