A string of Supreme Court decisions has freed corporations, labor unions and other interest groups to participate in elections as long as they operate independently of candidates which includes the Citizens United decision.
The President has been sitting on an executive order that would that would force government contractors to disclose their donations to groups that participate in political activities.
Let's encourage him to sign it to provide this needed transparency while we continue to fight for the overturning of these ridiculous decisions that hand our democracy to corporations and money interests.
