There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the Federal Government the power to make Marijuana illegal. The US had to make a Constitutional Amendment to ban Alcohol(18th), and had to make another Amendment(21st) to legalize it again. This means the Federal Government has no right to make anything illegal unless the Constitution says they can. Legalize, regulate, and tax it. Give people liberty back.
