Our fellow Americans in the House of Representatives have soiled the very foundations of democracy. Through Gerrymandering, they have made it so that they can be reelected almost indefinitely. Of course, it would be impossible to get a bill to stop Gerrymandering through the House as it would put a good majority of Representatives' Seats at risk.
