Use a new Executive Order to make it mandatory for Police officers to use cameras as part of their uniform, if they should dissemble the device its grounds for immediate termination, and all states that purchase surplus military weapons- must become the first ones to enact this Executive Order.
I feel this would become the first landmark order to protect all citizens against any miscarriage of justice by the police and it will finally have a tool in place to police the police.
