Taylor Swift has recently released a new song from her upcoming album, 1989 onto itunes. The song, titled "Out of the Woods", has not been made available to Spotify listeners, clearly a violation of their civil liberties. We petition the President to sign an executive order which makes the new song available to all Americans who wish to stream their music through Spotify.
