The straws currently distributed with every purchase of a Wendy's Frosty are substandard. If one attempts to draw the delicious contents through the straw, as opposed to a spoon, the straw collapses and no frosty food is consumed. This is not necessarily important when one is sitting in a Wendy's while enjoying a Frosty, but the situation could lead to hazardous driving conditions. A driver, frustrated by the inability to experience Frosty bliss, may begin driving erratically. Eating a Frosty with a spoon also does not mix well with driving. This necessary consumer protection measure would ensure that straws provided with Frosty purchases are driver friendly.
