Federal Agencies currently spend money on proprietary operating systems and software. This money spent needlessly, because Open Source Operating Systems and budget are little to no cost. The President should explore Open Source Operating Systems and Software and sign an Executive Order requiring all Federal Agencies to switch to Open Source Operating Systems over the next five years.
