I urge the Honorable Barack Hussein Obama to sign an Executive Order repealing part of the "Crime Gun Identification Act of 2007" for economic and social grounds.
The legislation gives politicians the ability to determine what is a "safe" and "unsafe" handgun, as well as by extension banning "unsafe" handguns, is a subjective term that has not been clarified by the California DOJ and has banned handguns since 2007 that could be used for legitimate purposes whereas numerous companies with "unsafe" handguns continue to sell in California simply because they were selling those same guns before the ban.
This part of the Act gives firearms manufacturers bias in selling handguns in California and discriminates guns by their date of purchase. I urge you to help repeal this unconstitutional law
