President Barack Obama,
Please create and sign into law an Executive Order requiring all Law Enforcement personnel wear video and audio recording devices.
Please make it illegal for a police officer to turn off his/her camera or audio device and prosecute any officer who violates this law to the full extent of the law.
This law is a reasonable request that will result in two indisputable facts:
1. Honorable, law abiding law enforcement personnel will be protected.
2. Dishonorable law enforcement personnel will be discovered, prosecuted and removed from duty.
