An Executive Order requiring all self-insured employers to hire Third Party Administrators will protect workers who sustain injuries or illnesses while working will be able to collect their Workers' Compensation Benefits. There are many Americans who have sustained injuries or developed illnesses such as Occupational Asthma or Reactive Airway Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS) while working for self-insured employers who are unable to collect their Workers' Compensation Benefits because their employer denies their legitimate claims. The self-insured employers hire attorneys and pay doctors to write reports that are in favor of the employer. They even hire doctors who are willing to examine the injured or sick employee and write reports that are favorable to the employer, thus denying their claim.
