sign an Executive order to revoke any rights Dzhokhar Tsarnaev may have had under U.S. law to repeated appeals if guilty

Created by G.A. on January 31, 2014

With regards to the heinous acts caused during the bombing at the Boston Marathon in 2012, the People of the United States respectfully request that a new Executive Order, or Law, be enacted to revoke any legal rights to protracted trials, and the possibility of repeated appeals, of any terrorist who is convicted of crimes against any United State citizen(s). To commit an act of terrorism, to wantonly plan and execute an act designed to cause immeasurable pain or death to innocents for any ideal, does not deserve decades of appeals, millions of dollars spent in defense to delay execution, and worst of all, no justice or closure for those most affected: the victims. Terrorism is an act committed outside the realm of humanity, and no terrorist deserves humane treatment when they gave none.
