Sign a executive order for small biz veteran owned companies to receive sole source contracts from every federal agency

This petition will open up the federal marketplace to all small veteran owned companies and give contracting officers the ablility to sole source fed contracts directly to any veteran small biz from any agency. Currently only the Dept. of VA can sole source a federal contract to a veteran owned biz, thus shutting out veteran owned biz from the rest of the federal marketplace,unless they bid the contract that's put in the open market. Not only would this help veteran owned small biz, it would also help recuritment throughout the DOD with this added bonus, if they start a biz once they leave the DOD. Sole Source contracting save the govt. billions every year because it cuts the process down and it's the fastest way to get a contract into a small business hands without the long procurement.
